The Cycle of Life finished on the 5th August at Lewa Downs in Kenya, a world-renowned centre
for community-based conservation, and the inspiration behind much of the work that the team visited
on their 4,800 mile journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported them in their endeavours.
If you would like to hear more about the experiences that have made this journey so much more than
just a physical feat, you are invited to spend an evening with them at the Royal Geographic Society
in London where Barty Pleydell-Bouverie and the team will be sharing their very current findings
on community conservation and environmental education initiatives in Southern and East Africa.
The lecture will be at 18:45 on Wednesday 5th November at the RGS in South Kensington.
For tickets at £12, please contact adele@tusk.org or telephone 01747 831005
